Originally from Flint, MI, Entrice Mitchell Jr. transitioned into the real estate industry after a successful career in the mortgage industry. His motivation stems from a desire to assist families with one of the most significant financial decisions they will make in their lives.

Entrice’s previous work in the mortgage industry provided him with valuable insights into the financial aspects of home buying, which he now leverages to guide his clients through the real estate process. He was drawn to real estate by the opportunity to make a positive impact on families and help them achieve their dreams. His time at The Perna Team taught him that with the proper systems and work ethic, it is possible to create the life you want to live.

Entrice is a devoted family man. Married since September 2020, he and his wife are parents to a 4-year-old son named Brayden and a 1-year-old daughter named Malia. They also have a 16-year-old Bichon named Kema. Entrice draws daily inspiration from his wife, who motivates him to be a better person, and his children, who inspire him to be the best leader he can be. Outside of work, Entrice enjoys going to the gun range, savoring draft beers, and participating in fantasy sports throughout the year, including football, basketball, and baseball.

Entrice’s ultimate dream is to create a non-profit travel baseball and softball program for the youth in Flint. Additionally, he aims to retire his wife as soon as possible, providing her with the freedom to pursue her passions. Entrice Mitchell Jr. is committed to helping families make informed and confident decisions in real estate.
