We were just playing with the idea of buying a house this year but really thought we weren’t ready until next year, Jon was so kind and knowledgeable and helped us realize we were ready now without making us feel any sort of pressure! We were definitely needy and full of questions throughout the whole process but Jon never made us feel like a nuisance, he made us a priority and put a high level of detail in finding houses that fit our lists of wants a needs. What we thought would be an extremely stressful process was much easier with his help. If any of our questions were not his expertise or area (finance info, etc.) he very quickly got us in contact with who had the answers, and everyone that he referred us to were wonderful throughout the process as well.
