What drew him to the business was something he was already doing for fun, exploring new cities, driving through unfamiliar neighborhoods, and discovering what makes each community unique.

A Metro Detroit native, Kem combines that curiosity with perseverance and attention to detail. He sticks with his clients through every obstacle and doesn't give up until the job is done. Whether you're buying or selling, he's committed to making the process feel manageable and even enjoyable.

When he's not working with clients, Kem stays active with yoga, hiking, volleyball, and tennis. He's also a proud dog dad to four Shih-Tzus, Bella, Bubba, Prince, and Louie, who he affectionately calls his children.
