Nick brings a unique mix of experience to real estate: intercollegiate athletics, mortgage lending, exterior remodeling, and legal technology. As a former Mortgage Loan Originator, he understands the financial commitment these transactions require and can guide clients through the numbers with confidence. His time in exterior remodeling made him a bit of a nerd about windows and doors — he instinctively checks for construction quality and broken seals when walking through a home. That eye for detail gives his clients a real advantage.

From Pontiac and now living in Waterford, Nick has always loved homes and talking to people. He connects easily with all kinds of clients and genuinely enjoys helping people find a place that fits their life.

Nick comes from a close-knit family and is a proud uncle to his two-year-old nephew Luca. He has a husky/lab named Shaq who's turning 10 and hasn't slowed down a bit. When he's not helping clients, Nick is playing pickup basketball, pickleball, tennis, or golf (though he admits he's awful at golf), hiking, kayaking, or bouldering. He's a die-hard Detroit, Michigan, and CMU sports fan. Oh, and he's coached two Super Bowl champions.
